- A client in drafting and negotiating medium-term bank financing operations to reinforce its real estate investments by diversifying the portfolio with acquisitions in different residential, office, retail and industrial locations;
- A client in due diligence, drafting and negotiation of special financing line for the construction of new phases of a cement factory with corporate modifications and guarantees on the building;
- An international client regarding the guarantees receivable on payment of the purchase price for investments that are in real estate under construction or are subject to licensing, public deed or prior registration;
- A client regarding the due diligence, definition and drafting of joint venture agreement for the purchase of land and the construction of an industrial park in the Luanda metropolitan area, including the definition of the partners' financing and the associated financing line;
- A client on the structuring of a development of a multiuse building development providing hotel, leisure facilities, offices and apartments for short-term rent; and
- A local client in the purchase of land for the development of two condominiums on the seafront with plots for sale with the option of customers buying with the construction of the villa.
