- A client on a USD5 million currency hedge facility. This mandate included the review of the main facility together with offering advice on the currency regime of Zimbabwe.
- A regional financial institution in respect of the transfer of a USD10 million debt owed to it by a gold manufacturer to one of its subsidiaries pursuant to a financial restructuring by the holding company.
- A trade finance fund in respect of a USD7 million loan to a Zimbabwean entity and Mauritian entity (as borrowers) for the purchase of processed tobacco and unprocessed tobacco from various suppliers, in order to enable them to fulfil their obligations of supplying the products to various off-takers and working capital requirements.
