Experience has included advising:
- Ariston Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, in respect of a corporate restructuring involving the conversion of shareholder debt amounting to USD4 million dollars owed by Ariston Holdings Limited to Afrifresh Group (Proprietary) Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary, Origin Global Holdings Limited
- A Zimbabwean bank on a USD10 million debt security swap for inter–related mining companies pursuant to a re-organisation of its corporate structure
- A medical aid society in respect of the restructuring of its corporate structure and advising on the legal implications of pursuing such a restructuring exercise
- In the acquisition of a large local petroleum company that owns numerous fuel service stations, including being involved in the subsequent restructuring which included the disposal and leasing of numerous fuel service stations for the client.
