Our team in Zambia has successfully represented both employees and employers in various employment related litigation matters including but not limited to cases involving wrongful dismissal, unfair termination, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, theft by employee, and breach of fiduciary duties among others. We have represented clients in the Industrial Relations Court, the High Court, the Subordinate Court and before mediation and arbitral tribunals.
Our experience in non-contentious matters includes reviewing and drafting employment contracts, employment handbooks, employee manuals, and collective bargaining agreements.
