- Airbus and Santander on the bridging finance for the sale of an A330 airplane to Air Senegal – the first in Africa.
- American Capital, the lenders to the Taiba Ndiaye Wind Farm Project renewable energy in a public-private partnership with the Senegalese state electricity company

We provided critical expertise to JPMorgan Chase & Co, the lead Manager of the bond sale, in the $750 million Eurobond issued in June 2024 by the Republic of Senegal. Mame Ngoné Sow, Director of Finance and Projects Department, led our efforts in advising on the transaction. The notes will be listed on the London Stock Exchange.
