Mbaye Seck heads the GENI & KEBE Real Estate team. He advises on real estate and construction projects. This includes advising on complex land acquisition and titling issues, drafting contracts of sale and preparing residents’ rules for co-tenancy. Mbaye assists real estate and construction clients from inception to completion, including providing related corporate advice, such as project finance.
More broadly, Mbaye advises on general corporate matters and provides regulatory compliance advice for foreign and domestic investors in sub-Saharan Africa.
