Mouhamed Kebe’s article in the November 2018 edition of Afrimag on the attractiveness of the new Arbitration regime was introduced across the OHADA states last year. The reforms to the common arbitration laws are part of an effort to promote and consolidate alternative methods of settling disputes in the region.
