Following the Temporary Recess of the Mining Cadaster of the National Mining Institute (INAMI) on 16 December 2024, we hereby inform mining title holders, mining operators and other interested parties that, according to a notice published by INAMI’s on 13 March 2025, the Mining Cadaster, both at the Central level and at the Provincial Directorates of Mineral Resources and Energy, has announced an extension of the recess. This decision is due to the ongoing work required to update the Computerized Mining Title Management System. The Front Office is now expected to resume normal public service from 30 April 2025.

Please note that during the recess period, the Mining Cadaster will continue to receive and process requests for extensions of mining titles, activity and production reports, as well proof of payment of taxes and fees.
