Tax forms necessary to fulfill the obligations foreseen in the Regulations for the Specific Taxation and Fiscal Benefits Regime of the Mining Activity

We hereby inform the business community and other interested parties that pursuant to the Article 1 of Ministerial Diploma No. 37/2020 of 30 July, tax forms necessary to fulfill the obligations foreseen in the Regulations for the Specific Taxation and Fiscal Benefits Regime of the Mining Activity, approved by Decree No. 28/2015 of 28 December, have been approved, namely:

  1. Mining Production Tax Statement - IPM Form;
  2. Surface Tax Statement – ISS Form;

iii.        Mineral Resource Income Tax Statement - IRRM Form.

The referred Ministerial Diploma shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
