The building of a just and cohesive society that enjoys equitable social development in a clean and secure environment is one of the pillars of Kenya's Vision 2030. The Kenyan government aims to improve the quality of life for all Kenyans by targeting a cross-section of human and social welfare projects and programs such as: education and training, health, water and sanitation, environment, housing and urbanization, and gender, youth, sports and culture.
Our social infrastructure lawyers advise sponsors, contractors, funders, central and local government on high-profile social infrastructure projects.
As well as advising on the procurement and negotiation of projects, our work frequently sees us providing advice and support to our clients post-close during the construction and operational phases.
