We advise banks, finance houses, sponsors and corporates on a range of finance transactions including: asset-based lending, receivables financing, supply chain finance, consignment and title finance, distribution and transit finance and non-recourse structures.

Experience has included advising:

  • A top-tier commercial bank in Kenya in the financing of a used aircraft which required a high degree of due diligence over the aircraft and security documentation proceedings.
  • A local Kenyan bank in the preparation of the security documents with respect to a receivables financing transaction.
  • A foreign lender in connection with a receivables financing transaction.
