Samuel Jay Levy is a lawyer, Senior Partner and founder of SAL & Caldeira Advogados, Lda. He assists the Projects, Energy & Infrastructure Practice Group of the firm. In that capacity he provides legal advice to a variety of private sector clients on Mozambican law questions relating to mining, oil & gas and infrastructure.

  • Advice and negotiating assistance with respect to LNG development in Mozambique.
  • Advice and negotiating assistance with respect to reform of the legal framework for petroleum and for mining.
  • Advice and representation of various investors in respect of mining concessions and contracts in Mozambique.
