- Aegis Media South Africa Proprietary, a subsidiary of Dentsu Aegis Network Limited, in a high value contractual dispute involving non-payment of fees under an affiliation Agreement in Uganda seated LCIA arbitration proceedings.
- Vivo Energy in ad hoc arbitral proceedings in a high value contractual dispute concerning the supply of liquified petroleum gas.
- Cotecna Inspection Services SA in a multimillion dollar London seated LCIA arbitration arising out of a Collateral Management Contract.
- Uganda National Roads Authority in arbitration proceedings under the International Chamber of Commerce, for a USD48 million breach of contract claim against a roads contractor.
- Rift Valley Railways, the exclusive concessionaire for the Kenya-Uganda Railways, in ad hoc arbitral proceedings to defend a USD4.2 million breach of contract levied by a contractor.
- New Forests Company in a major New York seated AAA arbitration arising out of a significant supply contract dispute.
- Xpectrade Limited in a multibillion-USD contract dispute against the Uganda Investment Authority.
- Church Commissioners Holdings (the Anglican Church of Uganda) in arbitration and pre-arbitral proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act for provisional measures arising out of a multibillion-UGX construction dispute.
