Our team in Tunisia consists of some of the leading transactional lawyers and advises national and international financial investors and funds. 

We provide legal advice and services on all aspects of private equity transactions including setting up structural legal solutions to guarantee the viability of the transaction, negotiation, drafting and reviewing investment and shareholders agreements and all transaction documents.
