The implementation of an 70 million euro term loan will increase education access for university students in Senegal. Our firm assisted the Development Bank of Southern Africa with implementing the loan. The funding supports the opening of 45 digital spaces. 

The initiative is part of the South African bank's Senegal Virtual University expansion project. A project that aims to drive growth and prosperity throughout the African continent. The digital spaces will ensure that students enjoy equitable access to higher education and support for professional integration.

The loan agreement is being executed on behalf of Senegal's Ministry of higher education. Banque Nationale pour le Developpement Economique facilitated the loan.
