Experience has included advising:
- An independent Canadian company in negotiating, acquiring and implementing the financing for a 30 MW solar power plant in Beluluane Industrial Park in Maputo province.
- A client in negotiations with the government in respect of the concession contract for the study, design, construction, engineering, installation and procurement of a hydroelectric plant in Mozambique.
- A client in relation to a concession to build, operate and transfer a 40 MW gas-fired generating plant.
- A lead investor in the proposed CESUL project, on the construction of two new transmission lines that will transmit up to 3,000 MW of power from the Mpanda Mkuwa hydroelectric power plant in Tete to Maputo.
