Internal regulations: We provide advice on the drafting and revision of internal regulations, codes of conduct, codes of employee benefits, the negotiation and conclusion of company agreements, and other matters relating to collective negotiations and internal company policies.
Experience has included advising:
- A multinational oil and gas company, with the drafting of memoranda regarding the general overview of employment in Mozambique in view of an expansionAn international bank, in a negotiation process resulting from the termination of an employment contract.
