We hereby inform the business community and other interested parties that, as a result of the need to introduce rules on the prevention and combating of money laundering and financing of terrorism, that the Mining Law Regulations (approved by Decree No. 31/2015 of 31 December), was amended on its the Articles 5 and 132 through the Decree No. 48/2022 of 13 October.

It should be noted that Decree entered into force on the date of its publication, 13 October of the current year.
