We hereby alert the titleholders of mining concessions, exploration licenses, mining certificates, mining processing licenses and other interested parties to the need to submit, by 28 February of the current year, annual reports on the activities carried out last year.

The reports shall be drafted in Portuguese in accordance with the format and content established by the Mining Law Regulation for each type of mining license and submitted in hard copies and electronic format to the National Institute of Mines (“INAMI”).

Please note that the fact that the Mining Cadastre is temporarily closed does not exempt mining titleholders from timely complying with their periodical obligations.
