- CMC Holdings Limited in its acquisition by Al Futtaim Auto & Machinery Company (based in Dubai) through the capital markets takeover legal framework.
- Nation Media Group the largest independent media house in East and Central Africa in the cross-listing of its shares on the Rwanda over-the-counter (OTC) market, Uganda Securities Exchange, and Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange.
- CMC Holdings Limited on compliance requirements under the various CMA regulations, including its obligations under the capital markets (securities, public offers, listing and disclosures) regulations 2002, the CMA corporate governance guidelines, and the licensing requirements.
- The Central Depository and Settlement Corporation (CDSC) in the negotiations leading up to the establishment of the CDSC, including reviewing the rules governing the CDSC and the shareholders’ agreement.
- General Electric (GE) on matters relating to compliance with the Capital Markets Authority for GE to offer financial advisory services.
- NIC Group Plc (NIC), a publicly-listed non-trading company licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya, in a share-swap merger transaction with the Commercial Bank of Africa Limited (CBA).
