  • Two major international insurance companies on the acquisition of shares in a Ghana insurance company.
  • An international medical diagnostics provider with laboratory services for human and veterinary medicine in relation to its acquisition of 75% shares in an Isle of Man company with 2 subsidiaries in Ghana providing laboratory and diagnostics services.
  • A Mauritius private equity fund in relation to the acquisition of shares in a pharmaceutical company in Ghana.
  • A multinational petroleum company in relation to the acquisition of shares in a Ghanaian petroleum company and the reorganization of the Ghanaian petroleum company and its subsidiaries as well as  transfer of assets between the subsidiaries.
  • The shareholders of a Ghanaian telecommunications services provider in respect of a proposed share swap arrangement by a Mauritius company with entities in seven different African countries including Ghana.
