Proven in the region: Our client work includes advising FirstRand on a GBP1.1 billion banking takeover, acting for digital payments provider Cellulant on raising equity capital, and representing energy engineering firm Technip in a USD2 billion arbitration against Algerian state-owned energy company Sonatrach.
Committed to the continent: Africa is a key focus for our global pro bono initiative. This includes increasing access to justice, promoting financial inclusion for women, and a global scholarships program to sponsor law students via funding, mentoring and internships.
