Pius advises and represents various large financial institutions, regional development banks and entities in the various Courts of Uganda in both contentious and non contentious matters.
Experience has included:
- Acting for DFCU Bank before the Commercial Court in a suit that saw a judgement of 5.4 Billion in favour of the Bank.
- Acting for Standard Chartered Bank, a leading bank in Uganda in an application for an order of vacant possession against Senana Investments Ltd seeking to recover UGX. 72 billion.
- Acting for Uganda Development Bank in a suit for recovery of UGX 805 million against Bulamu Coffee Buyers, Processors & Exports Limited.
- Prosecuting the appeal by Summit Project Limited against Standard Chartered Bank where the Appellant disputed liability of UGX 6,642,167,528. The matter was eventually settled by consent where the Appellant agreed to pay over 1 billion.
- Acting for Daniza (U) Ltd against Dlight Co. Ltd before Praxis Conflcit centre in a breach of contract arbitration claim of over one billion.
- Representing Centenary Bank, Uganda’s largest indigenous bank in a case where the Plaintiff seeks cancellation of a sale of mortgaged property.
- Representing the publicly traded Stanbic Bank, Uganda’s largest bank, in a case by Nakku Joweria involving loss of money through a digital banking platform.
- Acting as off counsel in a matter challenging the appointment of a sitting Deputy Chief Justice in Citizen Alert Foundation and Others V Justice Richard Buteera and Others.

- Advocate admitted to the High Court of Uganda.

- Uganda Christian University, Mukono: Bachelor of Laws.
- Law Development Centre: Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (bar qualification).
