Conrad Agaba is a corporate and commercial lawyer, and his core practice areas include Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Banking and finance, debt recovery, legal and regulatory compliance.
Conrad represents corporate entities and financial Institutions in courts of law on a wide range of legal matters relating to debt recovery, banking, commercial contracts and general civil litigation.
Conrad has been involved in multi billion litigation cases acting for various financial institutions both for recovery of money and defending the institutions when sued to challenge mortgages and other securities.
Experience has included:
- Represented financial institutions and other corporate entities such as Stanbic Bank, Centenary Bank, Equity Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Hima Cement, Regal Paints among others in suits for recovery of money.
- Acted for creditors in execution proceedings including sale of assets and garnishee of accounts to recover money due to creditors.

- Admitted as an advocate of the high court of Uganda.

- Uganda Christian University: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree (2018).
