DLA Piper Africa, Nigeria (Olajide Oyewole LLP) has advised Quest Electricity Nigeria Limited (Quest) on its 60% share acquisition of Yola Electricity Distribution Company (YEDC). YEDC, an energy distribution company headquartered in Jimeta, Adamawa State, distributes power to various areas across Nigeria.
