- As a team member, a Japanese manufacturer and supplier of automotive parts on the regulatory requirements relating to the use of car navigation software with encrypted data in Ghana.
- As a team member, a local energy company on its termination rights under a lease agreement.
- As a team member, a local estate developer regarding a proposed joint venture between it and a Mauritius developer relating to the construction of a diplomatic residential compound in Ghana.
